How secure is my database?
Be assured your database is secured and treated with total confidentiality. We do not reuse customer files unless authorized in writing by the client.

What type of files do you prefer?
We prefer the following formats: Foxpro.dbf, comma delimited, text rte (txt), tab delimited.

What type of media do you accept?
3-1/2 inch floppy discs, Mag tapes, Zip disk 100 or 250, E-mail or Compact Disk (CD).

What is a file layout or field in a database?
This is a specific location, eg. field 1 = name, 40 characters long, field 2 = company 35 characters long, etc.

Can I e-mail files with more than one thousand records?
Yes! Just make sure you compress the file using WinZip or another utility and then e-mail the compressed file.
